Repair service and cleaning on two gas fireplace inserts. They did great! We had used them three years earlier to clean the second unit and replaced a thermostat with a remote control unit, and we were just as happy with them as we were this time. They called when they were running half an hour behind, which was great. We thought we needed repairs to one unit but all it needed was a really good cleaning. Very professional.
