Very impressed after a visit today for a 1998 gas stove that has the pilot light going but no ignition, munual or electric. The admin partner on the phone scheduling the appt was knowlegable and reassuring. The gentleman who made the service call cleaned the stove to be sure something wasn't clogged or needed a simple part from his truck. He showed me his equipment showing the unit was dead, not a surprise :) Specail ordered the unit and while we've been put on the next available appt on the schedule, he promosed if there is a concellation or a way he will come out to install. No payment for this service or the part until it's installed and no subsequent visit charge.
Our issue is mid-resolved, but I feel good about thier service. ( recommended by a other fireplace shop who couldn't come for days,and we also trust), and will recommend wholeheartedly so far:)
